Great Job Watching the Details… Steve served us as a Buyer Agent. He did a great job watching the details. For instance, the Sellers requested that we postpone our closing for their convenience. We did so but then the lawyer tacked on additional charges onto our bill at closing. Because the numbers were buried in all of the paperwork we never even noticed. But Steve did!
